‌Installation Notes‌:

1. ‌Safety First‌:

   • Disconnect battery and depress brake pedal 10x to discharge residual pressure

2. ‌Removal‌:

   • Unclip wiring harness (press orange lock tab)
   • Rotate switch 45° counterclockwise

3. ‌Installation‌:

   • Pre-set plunger to 3.2mm protrusion
   • Verify 0.5mm free play before engagement
   • Torque to 8Nm ±5%

4. ‌Testing‌:

   • Check brake lights activate within 1.5mm travel
   • Verify no false triggering during vibration

   • Must use scan tool to clear EBS error codes
   • Never lubricate contacts
