‌Installation Notes‌:

1. ‌Pre-Installation‌:

   • Reset ADAS calibration memory using diagnostic tool
   • Verify part orientation (RHD/LHD specific variants)

2. ‌Physical Installation‌:

   • Remove 4x Torx T30 screws from grill assembly
   • Disconnect 12-pin waterproof connector (pull orange lock tab first)
   • Align guide pins with body slots (↗ 45° insertion angle)

3. ‌Post-Installation‌:

   • Perform automatic headlight calibration via OBD port
   • Test beam pattern at 25m distance (ECE regulation pattern)
   • Apply silicone grease to connector seals

4. ‌Critical Warning‌:

   • Never install left-side unit (811W25101-6001) on right position
   • Avoid touching LED chips with bare hands
